While we're on the topic of DNS, its worth making sure your DNS servers are up to speed, If you're using the wrong DNS Servers you could be easily adding 200ms to the load time of each ( new ) webpage, might not seem like much but you'll feel the difference.

the video states "no video with supported format and mime type found" at the risk of sounding like a dumbass is there some way of getting the correct video format?

If you're on chrome / firefox you can right click and view page source and dig through the html to find the videos.. its likely because you dont have the right codec.. if you view this with an older browser it will give it to you in a flash player, if you're on a HTML5 enabled browser it'll use that.
Dropbox is saying the account is over quota. :(
